Mr. Sandmeier founded ABNOX AG as a grease gun factory, laying the foundation for the company's future development.1966
Acquisition of ABNOX
ABNOX AG is acquired by Blaser Swisslube AG. This secures the succession of Mr. Sandmeier while simultaneously enabling a strategic diversification for Blaser.1968
Fire at ABNOX AG
A fire broke out on the premises of the "Milchsiederei" (former milk boiling plant), severely impacting ABNOX AG.1974
Acquisition of Wanner
ABNOX acquires the long-established company Wanner AG from Horgen, thereby expanding its product and expertise portfolio. With this step, the company systematically develops its export business.1991
